FAQ


How can we book an apartment? 

  • The apartments can be booked by e-mail, by phone (tel. and fax. +420 353 586 703, mobil phone +420 608 404 049, +420 777 331 143), by Skype "travelmaulen" or directly on our website.

How are bookings and prepayments made?

  • To book an apartment please write us or call us and specify the number of the apartment you are interested in and the date of your stay. We will confirm then if the apartment is free in the requested term and we will send you the instructions in what amount and how to pay the prepayment. 

What to do when we are interested in an apartment which is already booked?

  • We will try to find some other eventuality which will suite you.

At what time is the check-in and check-out?

  • The check-in is at 2 pm and the check-out at 11 am.

We will arrive early in the morning. Do we really have to wait until 2 pm?

  • If it is possible and the apartment is free we can accommodate you before the scheduled check-in. This exception must be arranged in advance. 

We are leaving late in the evening. Do we really have to leave the apartment at 11 am?

  • In case it is possible you can stay in the apartment until your departure.

Our transport connection leaves at night. What to do with our luggage when we leave the apartment at 11 am?

  • You can leave your luggage in our office until the evening in case you´ll let us know in advance.

Do you offer help with transport?

  • We provide a passenger car service throughout the whole Czech Republic. The transport within Carlsbad from/to the station or bus station is free of charge.

We have got a baby an we need a baby cot. Are there baby cots in the apartments?

  • We provide the baby cot for any our apartment free of charge. Ask for it when booking the apartment.

Do you provide spa treatment or eventually a discount on it?

  • We can arrange the spa treatment at the partner spa „Alžbětiny lázně“, where our clients have a discount.

How do you organize trips?

  • Our company cooperates with travel agencies which organize trips within the whole Czech Republic as well as abroad (Germany, Benelux, Switzerland, Austria, France). There is a discount for our clients again.

We have got a dog. Can we take the dog to the apartment?

  • lIt is possible to take pets with you but only in case of our previous permission.

Own transport and parking

Our apartments no. 1, 2, 3, 5, 12 and 40 are located in the center of Karlovy Vary in the pedestrian zone. If you are traveling by car, pay attention to some conditions.

Parking (free parking or paid underground garage) is possible only 10 minutes walk from the apartment (uphill), for example, on Na Vyhlídce street or Libušina street, etc.

The apartment itself is located in the pedestrian zone, you can drive up to the house only from 8 to 10 o'clock and from 18 to 19 o'clock. At other times, it is better to get to the City Theater and Divadelního náměstí, from where the apartment is located across the Tepla River.

You have free arrival in the city center with a voucher for accommodation on the day of arrival and departure. Otherwise, a full day permit to enter the central part of the city costs 100 CZK.

Pay attention to the road signs near the parking spaces. In Karlovy Vary, quarterly street cleaning is carried out once a month. They warn about this by installing road signs 10 days before cleaning the block. On this day, you must park your car at 8:00 on another street where there is no such sign.
